1. Where do you ship from? When will my order be shipped?
We ship directly from our warehouse or partner factories in China — even for single-item orders — ensuring you get the best factory-direct pricing.
Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
2. How long will it take for my items to arrive?
Shipping times vary depending on your location:
Estimated delivery time: 5–20 days
We work with reliable logistics partners to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
3. I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Please email us as soon as possible at sales@ausidapet.com with your order number and the correct address.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll be happy to update it for you.
4. What if my package is lost or arrives damaged?
Lost Package: If your tracking shows no updates or your package is missing, contact the logistics provider and let us know immediately. Once confirmed, we’ll file a claim and either resend your order or issue a refund.
Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please send clear photos or videos of the issue to sales@ausidapet.com. Our support team will resolve it for you as quickly as possible.
