3. I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Please email us as soon as possible at sales@ausidapet.com with your order number and the correct address.If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll be happy to update it for you.

4. What if my package is lost or arrives damaged?

Lost Package: If your tracking shows no updates or your package is missing, contact the logistics provider and let us know immediately. Once confirmed, we’ll file a claim and either resend your order or issue a refund.Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please send clear photos or videos of the issue to sales@ausidapet.com. Processing time:
All orders are processed, verified, quality checked, and packaged within 1-3 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping time:
5-12 days for all Expedited Shipping Orders.
